Facilitator Paula Smeaton has been a long-time yoga and meditation practitioner. She obtained a yoga teaching certificate and enjoyed that so much she went on to receive a master’s degree in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She has since dedicated herself to studying self-regulatory aspects of meditation and has extensive experience teaching. Her favorite modalities are kundalini and hatha yoga meditation.
