Sit & Be Fit with Katie!
Chair exercise is a wonderful way to get the health benefits of strength training and improved posture.
All exercises will be performed from the safety and security of a stable chair.
Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Fridays in Room G at 9:45 a.m.
Class is $2/session or $22/month if paid on the 1st of the month
Katie holds certifications in Senior Fitness, Boot Camp and Water Aerobics. She has taught fitness at the YMCA and The Paseo Club. She currently teaches at LA Fitness. We are excited to have her at Bella Vida!
