Fitness: designed to encourage exercise and enhance health by providing classes to increase aerobic activity, flexibility, stretching, fine motor skills, and dexterity. Classes may include Pilates, chair exercise, yoga, POUND fitness, and tai chi. There is also a fully-equipped fitness room available.

Music: designed to promote well-being and provide opportunities to perform and outreach to the community. Music classes may include choral group, men’s glee, women’s glee and hand drumming.
Trips & Tours: designed to provide senior friendly excursions locally and out of state.
Recreation & Leisure: designed to encourage social interaction as well as keep the mind active and engaged. Classes and activities may include Current Events Discussion Group, Archaeology & Anthropology, Social and Duplicate Bridge, Pinochle, Mah-jongg and a Book Club.
Arts & Crafts: designed to promote creativity and provide an opportunity for social interaction. Classes may include drawing, knitting & needlepoint, acrylic and watercolor painting, Colorful Relaxation, and other workshops.

Lifelong Learning: provides opportunities to engage in intellectually stimulating activities with peers. Classes and activities might include Digital Drop-In, Smartphone Training, Health & Wellness Lectures, AARP Safe Driving courses, Creative Writing and Journal Writing, Spanish and ESL.
