 T’ai Chi Ch’uan

Tai Chi, Meditation and Acupressure combined into one calming hour.

Tuesdays
2:30 – 3:30 p.m.

The benefits of these ancient arts are plentiful.

  •   Tai Chi teaches simple fluid movements for balance, arthritis, core strength, and flexibility. Movements can be done in a chair.
  •           Meditation is shown to promote emotional health, increase self awareness and lengthen attention spans.
  •           Acupressure may help relax muscles and joints, reduce stress or alleviate pain and discomfort.

Please join instructor Sarah and she guides your practice.

All participants must be registered with the SCV Senior Center.  Please complete the Registration Form under the Activities link.

Class fees are $4/class or $16/month if payment is made by the 1st of each month.

Payment may be made via PayPal, credit or debit card, or by check.  Please make checks payable to the SCV Senior Center and put a note in the memo line regarding which class/month you are enrolling in.
