Flex & Flow Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursday at 12:00 p.m.

Flex and Flow Yoga is a stretching and strengthening practice using your own body weight. There is a focus on balancing. Throughout the practice you flex, hold a pose for a few breaths and flow through it. The focus is to stretch, tone, and sculpt.

Move at your own pace
 Feel refreshed, strong and flexible
 Develop muscle strength
 Create a strong core center
 Learn to flow and flex yoga postures
 Time efficient and functional workout
 A great overall body toner

Bring your own yoga mat or beach towel. Using a chair is an option instead of getting on the floor.
