WATERCOLOR WITH TERESA
Join Teresa every Thursday at 1:00 pm as she develops your watercolor painting. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never painted before; she will guide beginning to advanced artists to take their painting to the next level. Her focus will be on techniques and the elements of design which will allow you to develop your craft.
Classes begin on August 6, 2020 at 1:00 – 2:30 pm. Registration is ongoing.

Tai Chi, Meditation and Acupressure combined into one calming hour.
Tuesdays
2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
The benefits of these ancient arts are plentiful.
- Tai Chi teaches simple fluid movements for balance, arthritis, core strength, and flexibility. Movements can be done in a chair.
- Meditation is shown to promote emotional health, increase self awareness and lengthen attention spans.
- Acupressure may help relax muscles and joints, reduce stress or alleviate pain and discomfort.
Please join instructor Sarah and she guides your practice.
All participants must be registered with the SCV Senior Center. Please complete the Registration Form under the Activities link.
Class fees are $4/class or $16/month if payment is made by the 1st of each month.
