Health & Wellness – Dealing with Difficult People

February 5, 2025 1:00 pm / 2:00 pm

You are invited to an educational SCV Senior Center Health & Wellness discussion on

Dealing with Difficult People

Join Etta Martin, LCSW, SCV Senior Center Mental Health Specialist.

This is an important discussion. We all know one or more difficult people (some people refer to them as “toxic”). They can be our relatives, friends, co-workers, neighbors, or exes.  Let’s learn about setting boundaries, expectations, and guidelines. This helps with holding them responsible for their own behavior while taking a mountain of stress off our own shoulders (and nervous systems).

This lecture will be presented in activity room H.  You can also view it remotely via Zoom webinar. Please register in advance for this webinar by clicking on the link below.
