“Difficult-to-Heal Wounds and Hyperbaric Therapy”
Join Hawkeye Brimbuela, RN, of SCV Wound Care and Hyperbarics. This local center utilizes advanced procedures as well as hyperbaric oxygen therapy to focus on healing wounds that the body is struggling to heal on its own. For many seniors, the information can be quite helpful – difficult-to-heal wounds can be extremely problematic as well as a threat to one’s overall wellbeing. Seniors with diabetes, impaired circulation, and compromised immune systems are particularly prone to such wounds.
