Experience the many positive benefits of journal writing and explore different methods of journaling. Time will be provided to practice in a supportive environment.

Expressive writing is a route to healing — emotionally, physically, and psychologically. Studies have also shown that the emotional release from journaling lowers anxiety, stress, and induces better sleep.

Instructor Dr. Teri Crane is an author and teacher. She has an MFA in writing, a doctorate in education, is certified in therapeutic journaling, and “teaches teachers” the art and skills of writing.
