It’s Christmas, and George Bailey has so many problems he’s thinking about ending it all. What George has forgotten, is that he has spent his entire life giving of himself to the people of Bedford Falls. He has given up his dreams in order to save the town from rich Mr. Potter who is trying to take over the entire town. As he contemplates leaping off the town’s bridge, his guardian angel, Clarence, shows George what his town would have looked like if it hadn’t been for all his good deeds over the years.
