Chair Yoga with Audra*

Yoga is a wonderful way for adults to loosen and stretch sore muscles, increase flexibility and boost coordination and balance.

Audra will begin and end each practice with intentional breath work.  If practiced regularly, mindful breath work may improve your sense of well-being and peace.  With consistent practice, it has also been shown to reduce anxiety and lower blood pressure.

All these mind and body benefits may be safely achieved with the aid of a chair.
