Tai Chi promotes both physical and spiritual health. Often called “meditation in motion,” this low impact exercise improves muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. Tai chi can also reduce stress, increase energy, and improve overall mood.
We ask that you complete Allen’s Beginning Tai Chi (8 week session) or participate in his Beginning/Intermediate Tai Chi class in order to gain basic skills before joining this class.
Class is free, but a reservation is required. Each person must register and class size is limited to 12. Masks are strongly recommended inside the building.
